1. About us

2. Orders & acceptance

All orders placed on the store are offers to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion (for example, due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Wall coverings are sold by the roll/panel; coverage estimates shown on the store (including per-square-foot figures) are indicative and include no allowance for pattern matching or wastage unless stated. We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, net banking and other methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Product representation

We make every effort to display colours, textures and finishes accurately, but screens vary and manufactured batches can differ slightly. Minor shade variation between store imagery and the delivered product, or between batches, is normal for wall coverings and is not a defect. We recommend ordering all rolls for one wall or room in a single order so they come from the same batch.

5. Measurements & suitability

You are responsible for measuring your space and confirming quantities before ordering. Our square-foot calculator and coverage guidance are estimation aids only. We are not liable for shortfalls or excess arising from measurement errors.

6. Installation

Unless expressly agreed in writing, our products are supplied on a supply-only basis. Any installation guidance we share is general in nature; installation is at your own risk or that of your installer. Inspect all materials before cutting or installing — installed or cut materials are deemed accepted.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this store — designs, product imagery, text, logos and the Maper name — is owned by or licensed to Karmas Trading Company and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including installation labour costs.
