Maper Wallcovering, a brand of Karmas Trading Company, ships across India. Here is what to expect after you place an order.

1. Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During sales or holidays this may extend slightly — we'll keep you informed.

2. Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations, depending on your pincode and courier serviceability.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.

4. Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships. You can also message us on WhatsApp +91 95941 15080 with your order number for a status update at any time.

5. Delivery guidelines

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package — rolls and panels can be long parcels.
Inspect the package on delivery. If the outer packaging looks damaged, note it with the courier and photograph it before opening.
